By Road:

Mount Anderson Ranch is a 4 hour drive from Johannesburg and a 3 hour drive from the Sabi Sand Wildtuin.

From Johannesburg:

Take the N4 and travel through Witbank and past Middelburg.
Follow the signs through Belfast, Dullstroom to Lydenburg.
In Lydenburg, follow the signboards for the town of Ohrigstad.
10 km from Lydenburg, on both left and right sides of the road, you will see painted, concrete, life size animals set in a park.
Travel across the Spekboom River (in the dip) and 200 meters thereafter turn right up an unmarked gravel road.
Drive for 20 minutes to the gates of Mount Anderson Ranch.

Panoramic Transfer:

An alternative to consider is to travel to Mount Anderson Ranch by "Panoramic Transfer". This transfer is conducted by a qualified guide, in a luxury air-conditioned microbus, through some of the most spectacular scenery this area has to offer. This transfer can be taken from Johannesburg International Airport to Mount Anderson Ranch or vice versa.

Helicopter Transfer From Sabi Sand Game Reserve:

A 4-seater Bell Jetranger Helicopter is available for transfers to Mount Anderson Ranch from the private game reserves in the Mpumalanga lowveld. The helicopter transfer includes views of the Drakensberg Escarpment, the historic town of Sabie, the Mac Mac gorge with its magnificent Waterfalls, which are inaccessible by foot or road, Gods Window, Lisbon Falls, the Blyde River Canyon, Blyde Dam where the Three Rondavels can be clearly seen and Pilgrims Rest, before flying above the mountains of the Long Tom Pass and on to Mount Anderson Ranch.
Luggage is limited to soft luggage only. Mount Anderson Ranch has a helipad.

Private Charter Flight From Johannesburg International Airport:

We are able to book direct private charter flights into the Lydenberg Airfield. Individual charter quotations must be requested on each reservation.

On arrival at Lydenberg Airfield, guests would be met by a representative from Mount Anderson, and transferred via road at no additional cost. The driving time from Lydenberg Airfield to Mount Anderson Ranch is 45 minutes.

Road transfer From Sabi Sand Wildtuin:

A private road transfer conducted by a qualified guide in a luxury air-conditioned microbus is available to/from the private game reserves in the Sabi Sand.
